The Instructor Guide outlines the scope, sequence, and learning objectives for the in-person training. It also provides a step-by-step plan for the instructor to follow while delivering the training, as well as pre- and post-training evaluation materials.

The learner workbook contains similar content to the instructor manual, although it is designed for a different audience. The workbook also contains resources for the interactive activities conducted during the training.

The slide deck is paired with the instructor manual to help the instructor deliver the content to the learners successfully.
I was part of a team that designed a comprehensive training solution to improve outreach inclusion and accessibility to the Pacific Islander Community for FEMA’s Local Disaster Recovery Managers.
As part of this task, we developed learning outcomes, conducted a learner analysis, designed training materials and resources, and coordinated a plan for evaluation after the training had concluded.
